⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Project OB47 developed by laying the keel of the 47m megayacht "Severina", with a ceremony attended by the Russian Customer and the Designer and Register representatives, on last Sept. 15 in the Liman shipyard of Nikolaev, Ukraine.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀The yacht was designed and is being built under the sur¬veillance of the Russian Maritime register of Shipping for the ice-class KM star LU1 II SP. Such project is carried out by ProLINE, the independent Design & Engineering bureau, for operation in Northern rivers: thus the vessel's draft is only 1.7 m although its displacement is more than 400 tons.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀In the wheelhouse there are two sets of navigation and com¬munication equipment: one complies to the IMO regula¬tions for vessel of tonnage above 500 tons; the other to the directives of Russian River Register for navigation in national rivers. A skilled crew of 11 persons will operate the yacht.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Being "Severina" meant for cruises in ice conditions, she is equipped with a winter-summer air conditioning system, to provide comfort in North seas as well in Mediterranean sub¬tropics.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Six double cabins accommodate 12 passengers, including two luxury suites over a area of over 75 sq.m, consisting of bed¬room, dayroom, private office, wardrobe and bathroom. Three saloons, on a total area of over 150 sq.m, make it possible to receive guests with the traditional Russian hospitality. Two open-decks and a sundeck, for an area of over 140 sq.m, equipped with a bar and a Jacuzzi, really help to relax.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀The sauna is located aft, with a separate saloon and bathroom, as the access to the swimming platform, which allows anyone to dive into the Artie ocean directly from the sauna!
